I've been reading a book a friend loaned me which sets out the reasons why we should eat organic, avoid taking too many drugs and eating too much processed food. Had already been thinking about starting to buy organic and now I think I'll give it a try (food budget permitting!) I was also chuffed to find out that I live 10 mins from a farm shop that stocks loads of organic fruit and veggies, will pay them a visit some time soon!
Started today off with davina bottom fit DVD, more bloody lunges which I hate!
Food for today -
Breakfast - mug of warm water, blueberry smoothie with skimmed milk, natural yoghurt, oats and ground flaxseed
Snack - vanilla sculptress shake
Oops, had already drank it when I remembered to photograph it!
Lunch - French onion soup and apple
Snack - pear
Dinner - bowl of chilli that I'd defrosted from my frozen stash
Snack - small bowl of granola
Drinks - water, green tea, lemon and ginger, decaf tea
Weigh in day tomorrow! Wish me luck x
