Weigh in day

Had my weigh in today and I've lost 4lbs! That's half a stone since I started writing the blog so I'm over the moon. I'm now 10st 7.

Started today by doing davinas kick fit, I had been planning on going to the gym but it's just too dark and cold to go out that early. So today I've had -

Breakfast - oats soaked in skimmed milk with chopped pear



Snack - sculptress shake
Lunch - leek and potato soup, apple




Snack - glass of apple juice
Dinner - steamed salmon with stir fried brocolli, cabbage, red pepper and red onion with soy sauce and ginger


Followed by a bowl of raspberries, yum!

Now that I'm really happy with my weight and seem to have my eating under control I need to focus on my fitness and exercise so I'm thinking of developing a new plan for myself. Will let you know how I get on!
